A 74-year-old South Dakota man accused of acting as a doctor to test someone for cancer and prescribe pills has pleaded guilty in federal court.

SACRAMENTO A federal grand jury returned an indictment Thursday charging Sean Erin Karjala, 42, of Redding, with production of child pornography, according to a press release from US Attorney Benjamin Wagner.
