The woman allegedly licking Bono's breast is Edra Blixseth, a former billionaire who is being investigated for fraudulently representing her financial worth to a number of banks. Bono-Mack, who sits on the Committee on Energy and Commerce, is the widow of singer Sonny Bono and has been in Congress since taking over her husbands seat after his death in 1998. The Radar photo, guaranteed to have Capital Hill tongues wagging, was taken at an event four-years-ago, at Blixseth's $75 million Porcupine Creek estate in Rancho Mirage, California. Blixseth, who now dates Dallas actor Jack Scalia after splitting from her husband Tim, a wealthy timber tycoon, in 2008, is seen gleefully lapping Bono's cleavage with her tongue.
