Corporal Timothy Walters and Archuleta County Undersheriff, Weiss ( he is the one in the out dated gray 70's jacket) along with two other Archuleta County deputies and one Pagosa Springs Police Officer responded to the three hundred block of Canyon Circle in the Vista late Thursday night (9-09-10) on a domestic/ child hostage involving six children. One two year old child had a small bruise on its person so Cpl. Timothy Walters called for an Upper San Juan Hospital Ambulance to respond, along with Archuleta County Child Protective Services. This is the residents of a Colorado Mounted Ranger, AKA Ranger #171, (he is the one that pulled up in the black truck behind Cpl. Timothy Walters, wearing black shirt) who has been seen by residents in the Vista Subdivision Chasing Police calls at fast speeds with his children (know by residence as The Possy) in tow hanging out the windows and the children where not in their seat belts/car seats. This has happened on many occasions. Colorado Mounted Rangers has law enforcement powers and can arrest you.
