A Westport man has pleaded guilty to defrauding Citizens Bank of nearly $7 million. Daniel J. Lyons Jr., 54, on Friday waived his right to indictment and pleaded guilty to one count of bank fraud before U.S. Magistrate Judge Donna F. Martinez in Hartford, according to David B. Fein , the U.S. attorney for Connecticut.
