22, May 2012 - Clayton, GA Georgia Chopsticks ordered to shut down

Last week Georgia Chopsticks was shut down by a court order. Company's manager says he's certain the matter will be resolved soon.

ATLANTA (WSB/CNN) - A mother whose baby died after she delivered in a Georgia jail has been released. Deshawn Balka, 25, walked out of the Clayton County Jail on Monday. "It hurts. My first grandchild. It hurts," said Regina Balka, Deshawn's mother.
