my yard at Pinewood Estates Manufactured Homes/trailer court in Idaho Falls Idaho after being served a 3 day threatening notice to do yard work or they would do it for me at my cost of $25.00/hr. As is visible by video evidence there is not much difference from the day before when the notice was served. Management did not listen when told my yard work was already scheduled to be completed that day and for no reasonable purpose served the 3 day notice. This type of management, their treatment of lot renters is abusive and harassing. Further more, it has been occurring regularly for 2 months.
