From what I learned from Idaho, Judge, law enforcement, lawyers, teachers, etc have NO idea of what deaf culture is all about..They are the ones that NEED to be EDUCATED. They cannot reject the right of the Deaf for an interpreter's presence! I encouraged grandmother of deaf child, Emma to fire defense lawyer and becomes the father's temporary lawyer until Deaf Educators can come fill her shoes. There is no LAW for paretns to force the child wear both CI when she doesn't want it or them...Duhhhhh! Let's hope to help the family not HEARING mother. Stay her out of our favorite family...they just learn more and more about deaf culture, deafhood, deaf rights, etc. Make sure you guys live western, come support Deaf father and take Emma home with him in a sole custody. Hearing mother is very meanie!!!
