out of stater : I too hope the FSC can see the absurdity written into this law. Drug abuse is a problem that CANNOT be solved with legal brutality. The state of Florida needs to re-examine its drug laws/mandatory sentencing/and the impact(or lack of) it has had on drug abuse and its deterrence. It is costing the tax payer beyond belief. The people of Florida need to understand that the "War on Drugs" fails because it is misguided and more retaliatory than helpful. And Florida residents pay "dearly" for it. Florida taxpayers should organize and resist this travesty.
