HPNIII : I am from Ga. and think this whole Pardon crap should be eliminated. It by passes our entire judical system. One man had a sentence of life without Parole. Are judges going to have to come up with a with a new sentencing title of Life without parole or pardon. This whole thing is nothing but a money making racket for outgoing politicians.
