Peter Thomas Senese : New York attorney Joel Walter is an exceptional attorney. He is honest, fair, direct, and does what he says he is going to do. Combining his exemplary character is his highly refined skilled-set created and sharped over these 40 years primarily practicing in federal courts. What is hard to imagine is trying to keep up with this man of great energy, sharp follow-through, and a heart as big an the Grand Canyon. I know first-hand that Joel S. Walter has been directly involved in helping children who have been internationally abducted return home. And his ongoing and successful efforts, through the I CARE Foundation, to help build an attorney network of lawyers willing to help parents who have their children targeted for abduction is greatly needed ... and is working! Thank you Joel Walter for making a big difference in the world of child abduction. You care about others and your actions have mirrored your concern. The world is a better place because of you.
