file a petition in family court for sibling visitation

Dear Judge,
today is November 23,2011
I have 2 children that are ages 15, 12 years old. They are very good children and they have a father George who has been in and out of there life since may of 2000-2004. George H**** got court order visitation in may of 2000 and he would always just dropped the kids of with his mom or leave them with his girlfriend (Lisa) while he did his thing, my kids were very young and with the stress and everything alot of stuff went on when they were in his care so hrs was called out I believe 2004, and after that George decided that it was best he stayed out of the picture till my kids were older and I was okay with that. During that time his girlfriend (lisa) that he married, We were very close friends, and she let me know that they were having a baby, my kids were very happy and after there baby was born my children would spend time with his wife, me and there new daughter, So George wasn't around he did other things. So I believe katie was born on 2006 then a yr later 2007 suzy was born so my kids spent time with them as
long as Lisa( george's wife) was around. So somewhere in Lisa and George's relationship it did not work out, So they divorced and lisa fought for custody but did not win, So George has custody and soon after, he was remarried to Robin. So George continue to let my kids visit with there sisters on birthdays and holidays and whenever, just recently they found out that Robin was pregnant and after that Robin told my 12 year old daughter
that she wasn't going to see her sisters anymore. because Robin and George have there own family now, my son was very upset and so was my daughter, My daughter is taking this much harder then my son and they want to know what rights they have as siblings because they have a bond together, with there sisters.( so there are no surprises) I want to be very honest with you Judge in 2008, I was placed in jail for id theft, I don't know how still but I didn't steal Robin identity, I was guilty of placing a photo on my page of all of them but they said I made a fake myspace in her name and I did not, but I took the charge because if I didn't win I was looking at 5years prison, so I took the charge so I didn't have to stay in jail, and it is on my record. and so also when George and I were arguing about custody, he got a restraining order on me, but it was removed June 2009. Also George is in the army in hinesville, georgia. I just want this for my kids my daughter asks me everyday send them a email tell them your sorry for anything so I can see them, it hurts me. If, I keep emailing them they will try and get me for harassment so I won't win. Robin whole family works for police dept. so I don't wanta push it and certainly don't want to end up in jail. So I want to file a petition in family court for sibling visitation. The only thing I can think of. We live in Florida, they live in Georgia at the bottom of my letter I will leave you my address and phone and there's in case you need it.
Thank you for listening. I hope you can help.
