Why aren't the jury instructions for the Casey Anthony trial posted on the courts website, the page is empty.Dear Judge Perry,
I have been trying since July to read the actual jury instructions that were given to the jury in the Casey Anthony trial and they aren't on the Ninth Circuit Court website where all the other motions and filings are; why aren't they available to the public? If I click on it there is a blank page. Also why was the defense allowed to change the wording on the jury instructions? I heard one jury person say that they couldn't find her guilty of second degree murder or manslaughter because that wasn't an option according to the instructions they were given. There were motions after motions filed by Mr. Baez and Ms. Andrea Lyons ( capital case expert from Chicago) about changing the wording on the jury instructions that went before Judge Strickland then he was asked to step down by the defense around the time these motions were filed. I don't think the jury read the correct instructions. This case was fixed and Casey Anthony got away with murdering her two year old daughter because of it. I find it hard to believe that twelve people (some college graduates) would have voted not guilty if they were given the correct jury instructions. One juror said they were sick to their stomach by having to vote 'not guilty'. How can that be??? Let's see the actual jury instructions given to the jury in the State vs. Anthony trial.
