Moral TurpitudeI filed compolaints to Hawaii Bar Association, RICO, BBB. All I was told, I'm just an outsider, looking in a court room. I'm thinking this is the people court. I brought up important, and relevant points of law, which is that Lawyers and judges must follow the court procedures. Such as court room sequence, Starting with plaintiff then defendant. The Judges are responsible for attorneys behaviors, such as flinging attorneys briefs at per Se litigant, making inflammatory and untrue unpulished opinion that can't be substiate, laughing, smirking, crossing his arms, avoiding eye contact, authenticating a brief to a judge as true. Neverless, I was told, this is not New Jersey Superme Court, when a lawyer fling his brief and the judge observed this behaivor and fined that lawyer for comptemt of court. What about when I brought up another relevent point about an attorneys' behavior acting out, laughing, crossing his arms, avoiding eye contact, fidgeting, telling plaintiff he cannot ask plaintiff questions, but he allowed his defendant to ask plaintiff questions. I known that the opposing counsel cannot asked for attorney fees if any party has violated the constitutional law or acted improper, but yet they'd still ask the judge. I was told by the RICO, we dont care if the FBI is investigating the defendant. There are known cases that the attorneys' been disbarred between one-five years from practice of law. What I have learn, and appears to be true, published in Nolo's representing yourself, attorneys' acting improper to per se litigant, and they do anything just to win. Including lying to a Judge.
