Judge: Judge Comfort
Jail / Facility: Nesbitt Location: Anchorage Alaska Report Abuse
Review of construction records confirms Officer Sturkie claims of area locations posted constructions Judge Comfort, Officer Sturkie has cited numerous defendants for violations in what he falsely claimed 'as being posted construction zones posted 55 mph' Case heard in your court room the defendants testimony direct in point 'that it wasn't a posted construction zone, posted 55 as claimed by Officer Sturkie. The defendants testimony was completely ignored, unacknowledged, un-addressed, dismissed and closed for discussion by interuption of Officer Sturkie, directing the hearing back to his over elaborated describe of the 'hand held device'. The defendant wasn't given opportunity to finish their testimony, present photo's taken on the day at the time at the location pulled over by Officer Sturkie. Officer Sturkie bantered the defendant further of locking on, clocking speed, yards, with continuance, diverting any attempt by the defendant to address their testimony. Judge Comfort intervened Officer Sturkie referencing accuracy of the 'hand held device' found the defendant guilty of going 72 in a 55. **A claimed posted 55 mph speed limit that didn't exist. Double fining the defendant for violation of a posted construction zone, that didn't exist either. All of it in it's entirety was falsified by Officer Sturkie. It wasn't a posted construction zone posted 55 or a double fine area location as described by Officer Sturkie at all. With no opportunity to present photo's showing the location, the open two lane hwy posted 65. The defendant was ruthlessly convicted guilty for something the defendant had not done. Declaring the defendant to be an irresponsible driver, that disregarded the welfare and safety of others speeding though a construction zone 17 miles over the speed limit. My driving record speaks for itself as well as close friends and family. Struggling financially due to corporate layoff I'm ordered to pay an enormous fine, with double points against my driving record. Perjuring himself under sworn oath to tell the truth Officer Sturkie as well as the court of Judge Comfort. Submitting the photographed area location, the area location of Thunderbird Falls & Glenn Hwy as described by Officer Sturkie described area location by Officer Sturkie. Verified and confirmed by the State of Alaska construction records 'there was no posted construction zone posted 55 mph' in the area location of Thunderbird Falls & Glenn Hwy.
