AMBER ALERT IN DECATUR, IL Man Arrested MUST SEE VIDEO
A amber alert was alerted at 8:05am on 2-28-10 of a One and half year old little girl (SMARIAH) She was taking from CASSELL COURT, DECATUR, ILLINOIS by a man named STEFFON L CLARK. Decatur police used cell phone towers to track down where Steffon was at, they then found his 1996 GMC YUKON at the Timber Cove Apartments in Decatur, IL. After setting up the area with police, they found out that (smariah) was returned to the mother. The Decatur Police then entered the Apartment building and found Steffon. More to this I'm sure I'm still finding out stuff now, so please check back.
