Obama has still not been served. What seems strange is that the US Attorney's Office's accepted the served papers, on behalf of the DNC. Since when does the US government represent the DNC? Is our own government trying to tank this law suit? Even the filing Attorney can not answer that one. No response is expected before Oct 21st. At that rate, Obama could be elected before it is determined if he is eligible under our constitution to run.
