In this video, Pierre updates viewers of his situation and creates a video record of his allegations of political persecution against him by the Indiana Judiciary (Chief Judge Randall Shepard) ,Marion Prosecutors' office (DA Carl Brizzi) IMPD and the Indiana Democratic Party leadership. Pierre also believes and alleges that the reason the Obama/Holder Justice Department won't/can't investigate Gov. Mitch Daniels appointment of Judge Cale Bradford to the Indiana Appeals Court, his destruction of Pierre's court file and the three fraudulent elections here is because Gov. Mitch Daniels is going to run for president in 2012. Pierre also believes that FBI Director Robert Mueller may (probably does) have something on the president. It would explain the president's conduct from Afganistan to Indianapolis, to leaving key Rupublican US attorneys in place, to Van Jones, Erroll Southers, Shirley Sherrod and black farmers who can't get their money owed back to Indianapolis. Whether true or not, it is what Pierre believes and this should be investigated by Congress.
