BNSF Coal Trains X 2 + Amtrak California Zephyr 08/25/11. Court street crossing, Railroad Park - Fairfield, Iowa. I was waiting for the evening west bound Amtrak California Zephyr train 5 which was over an hour late when I was surprised by east and west bound BNSF coal trains that met right in front of me. They stirred up such a coal dust cloud that I had to go home and take a shower. NOTE: I really can spell Amtrak. I often forget and add a C.
