A former Kentucky lawmaker sentenced to life in prison was granted a hearing to argue his request to withdraw his guilty plea. LEXINGTON, Ky. — Kentucky freshman defensive lineman Lloyd Tubman is scheduled for arraignment Wednesday after being arrested and charged with first-degree rape.
