A former Kentucky lawmaker sentenced to life in prison was granted a hearing to argue his request to withdraw his guilty plea. LEXINGTON, Ky. — Kentucky freshman defensive lineman Lloyd Tubman is scheduled for arraignment Wednesday after being arrested and charged with first-degree rape. Tubman is being held on $10,000 bond in the Lexington-Fayette County jail and is set to appear in district court. The Louisville native was arrested Tuesday, five days after an incident in a campus dormitory.
