RFKinEKY's 2004 reenactment of RFK's 2-day 'poverty tour' in 1968. The last stop was at the Prestonsburg Fiscal Court House, where RFK and congressman Carl D. Perkins gave short speeches. Kennedy's speech was taped and photographed by a young student from Prestonsburg Community College, Ronnie Dee Blair. In 2004 Mr. Blair shares the tape and his story of Kennedy's speech.
