Q: Why was Brian E. Holm allowed to walk free after his conviction of killing my son Brian Gregory Beaver Jr. with his car while my son was walking on a sidewalk. Mr. Holm was Drunk and had a lot of prescription drugs in him. He was found guilty, given 15 years. The judge let him out to work on his appeal that could take up to one and a half years. Why? Most do their appeals behind bars. (Missoula MT)
