A 34-year-old Polson woman has been sentenced to the Montana State Hospital for stabbing her mother during an argument last year. KERR-AM reports Emilie Yellowowl was sentenced Thursday in District Court in Polson to 20 years with the Department of Public Health and Human Services with 10 suspended.
