The lowest level of New Hampshire's State Court system includes its District Courts, which hear tort, contract, real property, small claims, juvenile, traffic, and other types of civil cases, as well as New Hampshire's Probate and Family Division Courts. New Hampshire's Probate Court handles probate/estate issues, as well as real property, adoption, and mental health cases. New Hampshire's Family Division Court has jurisdiction over cases relating to guardianships, domestic relations, and juvenile matters. New Hampshire's Superior Courts hear matters including divorces, child support and child custody cases, and all criminal cases. The New Hampshire Supreme Court can choose which appeals to hear, and also handles New Hampshire attorney disciplinary issues and death penalty cases.

Q: Hello. I am looking for the best way to find a case that has been settled in court in which a spouse was ordered to forfeit her share of her husbands estate after his death on grounds of mental and physical abandonment.
