After 14 Years Employment Discrimination and Retaliation Still Hurts!
Vera Richardson Author of Screwed by Former Governor and Attorney General Eliot Spitzer www.createspace.com NOTE: This video was accidentally recorded while I was listening to another video that I recorded as a video response to Shirley Sherrod's July 2010 discrimination firing experience. I am crying in the video because of Sherrod's personal painful racism history and the pain that racism (employment discrimination) caused me. Today, November 5, 2011, I am still suffering emotionally, financially, and physically, from my employment discrimination and retaliation experience with New York State Department of Correctional Services which violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended and Eliot Spitzer's actions that denied me a jury trial. On October 15, 1997, I filed a Civil Rights Act of 1964 Title VII lawsuit against NYS Departments of Correctional and Civil Services. In September and November of 2000, NYS Attorney General Eliot Spitzer filed several perjured declarations in a federal court. The perjured declarations served their purpose because Judge John Elfvin granted Spitzer's summary judgment motion and dismissed my case. On November 4, 2002, the Court refused to review my Pro-Se appeal of my summary judgment motion dismissed case. On November 4, 2008, which was four years to the day that I exhausted all judiciary avenue for accountability, justice, and peace President Obama was elected as the 44th president of the United States of America. On July 22 ...
