Summit County Prosecuting Attorney Sherri Bevan Walsh announced Friday the Ohio Adult Parole Board denied the parole of Victor Logan. Logan was sentenced in 1986 to 30-75 years for the murder of SusanÂ Soldierson, a 22-year-old University of Akron student.
