People all over Ohio are outraged. The Ohio Supreme Court ruled that that you can be sited with a traffic ticket with no other evidence than a police officer visually seeing you drive. In a 5-to-1 decision, the Ohio Supreme Court ruled an officer's eye is strong enough evidence to support a speeding ticket and conviction.
