If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your civil court case, you can request for an appeal; unlike in criminal cases, both parties in a civil case have the right to appeal decisions made in court(...)
You be the Judge! Is this a crime?? Woman abused by husband; caught on tape.
Well the DMV will not hide my adress so I have to move again! I have a five year protection order against my husband that is useless because prosecutors don't care! You hear this tape? I had a woman prosecutor in Massillon Ohio yell at me when I tried to get her to listen to the tape! She wanted to know what I did to make him mad!!! I asked her why she was yelling at me and she said thats what would happen in court, but that was our first and only visit!!! She made me feel like dirt! Then finally she begrudgingly admitted I had been abused. But she was not even willing to prosecute anyway. Another prosecutor said he didn't understand why battered women don't come forward right after things happen. I told him I didn't understand why he didn't understand! Don't these people read? Even when he was arrested for child endangering and missuse of a firearm while intoxicated, two things in violation of my order, plus he had violated it that night by contacting me 10 times that night, a prosecutor in New Philadelphia Ohio hid from the judge that he had prior arrests and a five year protection order! I had to speak up from the back of the court room to get the judge to hear the truth! My little guy Wookie and my chihuaha Lucy helped me survive years of this abuse and alot worst. Now, my Wookie, is gone. He died suddenly and my heart is beyond broken. Hence, Thewookieblues.
