Nineteen-year-old Jennelle McGuire and her boyfriend were arraigned by video feed in Oregon Municipal Court Thursday afternoon on murder charges that they allegedly stabbed killed her husband and left his body to rot in a drainage ditch. A neighbor of Jennelle and Mr. Devin McGuire said the victim, before he was allegedly brutally murdered, frequently heard yelling and fighting but never imagined Devin would be killed. Jennelle and her boyfriend, 20-year-old Shawn Brazeal, are being held on $500000 bond.
