SAN ANTONIO — A Texas Department of Corrections lieutenant was arrested Tuesday on a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child. John Randall, 36, was taken into custody by members of the Bexar County Sheriff's Office Fugitive Apprehension Unit at the Ruben M. Torres Correctional Facility in Hondo, where he has worked since May 2012.
