Just after noon today Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Special Investigations Unit served a search warrant signed by Judge Hamilton on a home in South County. The home located 29010 West Pecos River Court in the Creekside Subdivision had steroids and products to make steroids throughout the home. According to Sgt. Womack of the Montgomery County SIU they received information of that there were chemicals of unknown type being used in this home to make unknown substances. When they arrived on the scene the owners were not on the premises but the search warrant was executed. Inside they found a pill press and other instruments to make steroids. A large quantity of grape seed oil was found. This, used with the steroid makes it less painful going in when you inject it. A warrant will be sought for the homeowners and several others involved in the operation. In addition they found approximately 200 vials of steroids with a street value of $100000.00. Several jars full of unknown chemicals. He stated those vials could be used to supply 150 people. Charges of Manufacturing a Controlled Substance which is a first degree felony. A HAZMAT team was called in to remove all the chemicals. When financial records were sought it was determined the male home owner worked at a health food store on Westhieimer.
