Texas Lt Gov David Dewhurst Betrays Oath, Constitution, Liberty, and the People
Washington DC is a foreign country. Literally. Legally. Foreign. Not part of the United States. It is crucial to grasp the difference between the United States, the republic, and the UNITED STATES, the corporation. DC used to be where an agency created by the States as their servant had offices. Now it has been replaced, bit-by-bit, agency-by-agency with for-profit corporations. For example, the IRS is a corporation based in Puerta Rico, a territory owned by the UNITED STATES, INC. According to the Constitution, the federal agency has almost no policing powers in any of the States. However because the UNITED STATES, INC has established contracts with the American People without their realizing it, the UNITED STATES now claims it has policing powers over the People as if they were citizens of DC, and only temporarily residing in the States. It claims that almost all Americans are federal employees who really live in UNITED STATES, INC-owned territories such as Guam, the Virgin Islands, etc. If you are an American reading this, it is highly probable that in court you would be considered a federal employee, subject to federal statutes, because you have from time to time signed federal documents which might be taken to imply that you work for the UNITED STATES, INC. Of course that claim is maximally absurd, but because the UNITED STATES never bothers to tell you how it is they figure you work for them, you never think to challenge the assertion.
